COPENHAGEN, September 6 (Reuters) – The acquisition of the mining activities of Thyssenkrupp (TKAG.DE) by the Danish FLSmidth (FLS.CO), an agreement announced in July, will not include the operations of Thyssenkrupp in India, announced Monday FLSmidth.
The value of the deal would be reduced from 45 million euros (53.42 million euros) to 280 million euros in total, but the exclusion of the activities in India would not impact synergies or expected integration costs, the company said.
