Six Flybe flights in and out of Belfast City Airport on Friday were canceled.
UK airports have been affected by cancellations, which occur as the airline begins discussions about potential job losses.
On Wednesday, five departures and five arrivals to Belfast were affected.
Flybe has been contacted but has not yet confirmed that Friday's cancellations, like those on Wednesday, are due to "operational problems".
The company attributed delays to the shortage of pilots throughout the sector, as well as to its own pilots taking vacations.

Cancellations occur as the airline begins discussions about potential job losses
Discussions on jobs are at an early stage and the company will try to avoid job losses by staffing internal vacancies with existing staff, said Flybe Executive Director Christine Urmieres-Widener. .
The company "is engaged with all affected crew members," she told BBC Radio 5 Live on Wednesday.
Among the delays, she said that the airline "would abide by all the rules of compensation" and that "we expect to return to normal operation as soon as possible".
The Unite union called on Flybe to be "transparent" about the company's situation.
