The German soccer star and Arsenal midfielder, Mesut Ozil, has married his longtime fiancee, Amina Gulse, in Istanbul, Turkey on Friday, June 7th.
Prior to the ceremony, Ozil and Gulse, former Miss Turkey, asked their guests to donate to a charity that funds surgical procedures for 1,000 burned children, barefoot and cleft in developing countries rather than receiving traditional gifts.
