Supporters of Persib Bandung have shown immense love for the Ghanaian international, as they want to see him back in the club jersey.
Thursday, March 14, 2019, Essien shared a beautiful portrait of him in jersey Perisb to wish a happy birthday to his former club.
Seeing Essien's message, however, the club fans went to the comments section to ask for his return.
The club's fans did not just call him back, but they revealed how much he missed them.
