According to the auction notice, the four goats were arrested in the municipality on June 3 and brought to the badembly. but the Assembly has not been able to identify and / or locate the goatowner (s) to either fine them or sue them.

According to the statutes of the Assembly, whoever leaves his animals free on the streets is guilty of an offense.

Under the regulations, when a impounded animal is not claimed within four days, the Assembly will post a notice of impoundment at a conspicuous place in the area. for six days.

At the expiration of the specified time period, if the animal is not claimed, it will be sold by public auction by an approved auctioneer or another person designated for this purpose by the Assembly. .
