Those of the American Heart Association said that about 80% of these deaths could be prevented, which is why they are organizing outreach activities such as Go Red for Women.

As part of Go Red Day, at Art Hop in Kalamazoo on Friday, the American Heart Association is expected to host Heart Hop at the Epic Center. It's an interactive art exhibit and a clbad where you can get a glimpse of what it would be like to survive a stroke or heart attack.
