Friends and family remember a 13-year-old girl killed during a shootout at the Gilroy Garlic Festival

Keyla Salazar was one of three victims killed during the shooting at the Gilroy Garlic Festival. On Tuesday, friends, family members and community members held a vigil at the Ace Empower Academy in San Jose, where Keyla graduated in June.
