Frimps Oil Company Limited has denied information that customers of some of its service stations are changing.

According to the company, it values its customers to mislead them in any way because of their confidence in the quality and affordability of their products and services.

This follows inspections by the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), which exposed 10 fuel filling stations under-delivery.

They cited Shell, extension of highway; Total, McCarthy Hill; GOIL Thousand 11; Frimps oil, Tetegu junction; GOIL, Galilea; Frimps oil, Spintex road; Glory Oil, Spintex Road; Allied Oil, Sakaman; Shell, Amanfrom West and Goodness Energy, Kasoa.

A statement issued by the Authority further stated that two companies, Galaxy Oil, Spintex Road and Agapet, Spintex Road, had broken the seal of the GSA without authorization.

In summary, out of 65 stations visited, 55 delivered the right quantity, 10 under-delivered, two companies having broken GSA's seal without authorization.

Explaining their version of the story, Frimps Oil stated that the GSA "Were at our Tetegu station on March 18th and our station pbaded the inspection and verification tests that day. The Tetegu gas station did not "cheat" our customers as they said. "

He added that "Frimps Oil, as a joint stock company, will never deliberately attempt to" cheat "our customers. The issue in dispute where the GSA locked some of our pumps (not all) occurred May 2 and since then it has already been corrected. The GSA had already visited 60 of our service stations and only two of them had technical problems with their pumps. "

The company said it has technicians who always travel to their stations to make sure all their pumps are working properly.

"Because pumps are machines, they can sometimes be sold too much or sold too much. As such, we have corrected the issues raised by the GSA at the Tetegu and Spintex service stations, "he said.

He badured clients that he "will never seek to act dishonestly by deliberately misleading his clients in order to obtain an unfair advantage".
