Some dead pigs
More than 100 pigs were killed in the residence of Yagbon, a suburb of Damongo, by the youth of the community.
Young people over 30, armed with rifles and knives, have toured the area in search of pigs that roam the area.
Addressing thepressradio.com, the youth leader, Mr. Abdul Aziz Mahama, said that hogs in the area were destroying residential gardens, polluting the water stored in residents' homes, killing sheep, goats and newly born chickens. According to Mr. Aziz, several calls were made to the owners of these pigs but they were ignored.

The three weeks have pbaded with the pigs still hovering in the area, forcing the youth to kill them in several places in the area, including Yagbonwura Palace, Damongo High School, etc.
