Does Arya seek the ultimate weapon?

The first season of Game of Thrones featured a number of long-awaited reunions, and one of the most memorable scenes occurred when Arya found herself face to face with her former Gendry boyfriend. But as viewers quickly realized, Arya had more than just a simple gesture of friendship. She wants Gendry to build a new weapon for her. Apparently, even two badbad weapons are not enough for this trained killer.
It is still mysterious to know exactly what Gendry is asked to forge. Here is a preview of the plan Arya gave him:
Judging by this picture, Arya seems to want Gendry to forge a spear-shaped weapon, or some sort of projectile. One end is clearly labeled "dragonglbad", so it's obviously a weapon designed to help kill White Walkers and wights. Arya already has a Valyrian steel weapon in Littlefinger's Catspaw dagger, but since she's only suitable for short-distance fighting, she can look for something that might give her more distance.
The design of the shots gives the impression that this spear weapon can also come off in two. This would give Arya much more combat versatility, allowing her to switch between a spear and a blade at any time. One of the trailers in Season 8 even shows that Arya is brandishing something that could be this double-sided weapon.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, weapons master Tommy Dunne commented on this new weapon: "There is a creation in Season 8 that is absolutely phenomenal. It will be a landmark event. It was great to It was great to have it conceived that it was about to be reversed and turned into two different elements.
It is also possible that this plan shows a stick that does not just attach and detach, but acts as a projectile weapon. Although Westeros does not have the necessary technology to produce firearms, we believe that talented blacksmiths such as Gendry can make rough projectile weapons if they have appropriate equipment and plans, such as crossbows and ballistas. Lannister's favorite dragon killers. Arya may want a weapon that looks like an ordinary spear, but that will actually allow her to pick a key target and shoot it at a distance. She still has some names to get off her list, after all. Maybe she's recording "the sharp end" for Cersei or the king of the night.
Even Daenerys may not be safe considering the icy welcome that she has received at Winterfell. There would be some irony in the idea that the Mother of Dragons is killed by a dragonglbad weapon. There is also something intriguing in the idea that Arya brandishes a weapon at once fire (dragonglbad) and ice (Valyrian steel). Is "Song of Ice and Fire" a song about Arya's death when she unveils her secret weapon?
Fans have already sided with Reddit to speculate on the nature and purpose of this mysterious weapon, many agreeing that Gendry could build Arya like what Westeros has closer to a rifle. The users' pervadry believes that the weapon is an atlatl, an old projectile weapon that essentially uses a stick-like object to launch a spear further than a human arm can fire. Breezyceezy, user, speculates that Arya will use this weapon to murder Cersei, while wearing Littlefinger's face in order to get close enough to be shot at. WEB_daboys hinted that Arya might have the intention of shooting down Viserion, thus depriving the king of the night of his most powerful weapon.
What do you think Arya is doing to build Gendry? Is it a projectile weapon or something stranger? And who is she trying to kill? Let us know your theories in the comments below. And to learn more about tonight's new episode, check out our review of the premiere of Season 8.
