Garlic Festival Band has a new look in filming

The TinMan band was on stage Sunday at the California Garlic Festival when an armed man opened fire, and now the musicians are talking about what happened. Bill Weir plays bbad guitar in the group and said the shooter, Santino Legan, 19, was 100 meters away. When the spectators fled, the members of the group hid under the stage.
