MOSCOW (Reuters) – Gazprom (GAZP.MM), the world's largest conventional gas producer, announced Thursday that it has received offers worth 198.89 billion rubles ($ 3.15 billion) for 3% of its own shares sold on the market.
Gazprom sells a stake of 3%, taking advantage of the fact that its share price is close to its highest level for more than ten years. The stake is $ 2.3 billion, according to Refinitiv Eikon data.
