The beloved couple wants to have a baby now that Gemma's weight loss started with Dancing On Ice.

Gemma revealed last week that she had been listed on the ITV show after being told by a doctor that she needed to lose weight in order to conceive.

But now, Arg said that they would not try to start a family immediately.

He said that they wanted to spend a fun summer before thinking about bringing a baby into the mix.

He told the Sun: "At the moment, we have planned to spend a really fun summer together and we are going to spend a few different vacation days.So yes, I have to see how much money I will be going to left after Valentine's Day.

"I will not be going on a boys' vacation in a short time, I will be far away with Gemma and I will spend my holidays either with my family, with friends, and in pleasant places.

"I have a lot of concerts in Spain, I have my tour in Spain, I have Tenerife and all that, so, yes, I have a lot of gigs."

Arg also stated that he did not feel compelled to make a proposal to Gemma and that he was happy to be his "supportive boyfriend".

Earlier in the day, Arg appeared in This Morning and revealed that he was considering losing seven stones so we could participate in Dancing On Ice next year.

When asked if he was considering signing up, he said, "Do you know what, when I left on Sunday, I was walking around and I had Brandee and some of the other girls and stuff in there. saying, "Oh, we're gonna be your partner next year."

"I tell you that next year I will be sober for a year and a half, I will have seven stones and I will be fit and healthy.

"And if I do Dancing on Ice, I will not be just a competitor – I'm going to be a contender to win it."

As Phil raised his eyebrows, Arg added, "And we can show those pictures next year."
