Gemma Collins enjoys a day at the spa in the heart of the Dancing On Ice rehearsal drama

Gemma Collins, the star of Esbad, was photographed leaving the Champney Spa in Tring before returning to the rink with Matt Evers on Wednesday night.

The 38-year-old reality TV favorite looked fresh as she walked out of the luxury spa and resort without makeup after enjoying a relaxing day.

Amusing her usual glamor from Esbad, Gemma opted for comfortable clothes while she wore a loose black sweater and a pair of matching joggers.

Throwing a Chanel bag on one arm, the TOWIE diva confronted the cold in a pair of flip-flops and swept her wavy blonde braids from her face.

Emerging with a glbad of water in her hand before loading her stuff into the trunk of the car, Gemma still seemed a little stressed as she headed for the rink.

Gemma did not hide her trip to the spa on social media, telling fans that producers had offered her that special day after noticing the extent of her injuries as a result of her fall.

Her stay at the spa took place just hours before resuming training with the other stars and was awkwardly ruled out of the ice for interrupting Sara Aalto's rehearsals.

In a hilarious clip, Gemma filmed herself greeting Brian McFadden for the first time after his back injury.

Gemma said that she may have left the show had he been forced to leave.

However, Hamish Gaman, Sara's professional partner, asked The GC to take advantage of the good time elsewhere.

"Prince of the Ice tells me I'm a disturbance and I have to go …" Gemma said as she stepped out of the rink.

"Sorry, Saara Aalto … I'm so excited that Brian is back."
