Name a food preference and you will likely find items in the supermarket aisles to meet your wants and needs: low fat, zero fat, low carb, gluten free, organic, vegetarian, vegan, Paleo, Keto. The list continues.
But no label provokes as much debate as the one that bears these three letters: GMOs.
But should you be stressed in the grain aisle trying to spot which box contains genetically modified organisms listed in its ingredients?
Some experts say no and even go further by claiming that labels claim that foods do not contain GMOs.
