Rangers boss Steven Gerrard Believes that Marcelo Bielsa was wrong to watch the opposition training sessions and called on the football authorities to legislate on spying.
Bielsa admitted on Wednesday that he had watched all the opponents of the Leeds championship during his training, while presenting his badysis to the journalists.
