The summer continuing without any strengthening, Arsenal fans are naturally worried about the lack of transfer activity.
In an interview with the official website, Josh Kroenke said fans should "be excited" about what was coming.
The club's leaders are all in the United States and discussions on potential agreements have taken place.
In the interview, Kroenke said, "I would say 'be excited'. I know that our group is working on a number of issues, and we hope we will have some at hand.
"Nothing is ever done until it's finished, of course, but we know we want to tackle key areas in our team, now and in the future.
"The whole staff of football operations understands it perfectly and I have encouraged them to be as expressive as possible."
We will obviously have to wait and see what happens, and it may be a good game in response to criticisms from the last 24 hours.
As long as fans do not see what's going on, it's not unreasonable that skepticism persists.
