Bawumia said the cooperation would allow both countries to share knowledge, create synergies and enhance mutual benefits.
This, he said, would boost the Ghanaian economy and generate additional currency.
Guinea has the largest deposits of bauxite in the world and Ghana has nearly a billion tons of bauxite. The two countries would control between 70 and 80% of the world's bauxite resources.
