Accra, June 3
GNA – Prime Minister hinted at the need to see "Ghana beyond help"
government program Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo as achievable thanks to

our own resources effectively, and deploy them in a creative and effective way to

Osafo-Maafo, in a presentation, said: "Ghana Beyond Aid" will require the
Ghanaians adopt a new state of mind, build and deepen their social partnerships
involving key stakeholders, take a non-partisan approach to national management.

The minister said the agenda would be based on a ten-point reform strategy
