Emmanuel Kumah, the under-20s in Ghana, has made a great career advance in Europe after joining the prominent Polish team Wisla Krakow on Friday.
The 19-year-old signed the deal after impressing the team at the U20 Africa Cup of Nations in Niger this month.
But he had to spend a few days training with the high level club before getting the contract.
Kumah, who is leaving Tudu Mighty Jets, Ghana's second-ranked player, will remain on loan with the Krakow-based club until the end of the year.
Wisla Krakow has the possibility to give a permanent contract to the midfielder when his loan agreement expires in December of this year.
The deal marks an important career advancement for Kumah, who played for the club known for feeding the best young players in Ghana.
He played for Ghana's national team in the U20 Africa Cup of Nations, where Black Satellites failed to advance beyond the tournament group stage.
Kumah played three games and was on the court for a total of 203 minutes.
He was born on February 9, 2000 in Seikwa, in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana.
The offensive midfielder left can also play on the wing.
