Ghanaian striker Dauda Mohammed has joined the Dutch speed Arnhem club on loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old signed a six-month loan deal on Thursday to overtake the planned transfer deadline for the Eredivisie league.
He pbades the Belgian giant Anderlecht in search of playing time after seeing limited opportunities in the Jupiler League.
Speed will have the option of giving the young Ghanaian a permanent contract at the end of the season if he is impressed by his performance.
Former Asante Kotoko player scored 25 goals for the Anderlecht youth team and could only make five appearances with the first team.
The first opportunities are still limited, Mohammed chooses to contract a loan to continue its development in Europe.
He played for Kotoko before joining the Belgians in 2017 after impressing with the Porcupine Warriors.
Vitesse was also looking to strengthen his attack and has now turned to the Ghanaian to help the team.
Arnhemmers is still missing Tim Matavz, who is recovering from a broken fibula. In addition, Hilary Gong and Charly Musonda are still in the sick camp.
Dauda, born in Ghana, hopes to do better in Speed than his namesake Abiola Dauda.
The Nigerian striker has only entered the game 29 times in three seasons, scoring nine goals.
