Politician Kofi Akpaloo described the Ghanaian as a person in a state of mind that encourages poverty, making life more difficult for the citizen.

According to Akpaloo, Ghanaians must learn to overcome this state of mind because "this way of thinking prevents people from succeeding".
Akpaloo noted that Ghana will "never grow" if its citizens are not ready to change their ideas.
The politician said, "We always focus on the price we are missing completely on value. This state of mind is wrong. "
He continued, "We must stop agreeing with a state of poverty. When you live in a state of poverty, fear is an indicator of the need to do something. This must be your operating base. "
"Stop thinking about bad thoughts. Stop spending time with the poor. You must cut them. Start doing rich things, having rich thoughts and spending time with rich people.
When you decide, you may need to decide again, again and again. This state of mind is a state of mind difficult to break. "
