Some Ghanaians supported rapper Okyeame Kwame for his opposition to the introduction of French as a second language in Ghana.
According to citizens who commented on an Aboriginal post YEN.com.gh posted on Facebook about Okyeame Kwame's comment, French should not be introduced as a second language.
Citizens express their disappointment at the fact that the government is considering French while there are so many languages in Ghana.

They seem to agree with Okyeame Kwame that French as a second language is disrespectful to our culture.

Although some people think otherwise, many commentators have supported Okyeame Kwame's position that French should not be taken into account.
The announcement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration that the government will consider French as a second language has sparked different points of view.
While some think that this move is not good for Ghana, others think that French is appropriate since Ghana's neighboring countries speak French.
