A young Nigerian girl, Fareedah Oyolola, has been honored by the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth as one of the brightest students in the world.

The honor came from his performance on the School and College Ability Test (SCAT). The test is carried out as a criterion before the center can admit a student into its talent program, reports Vanguard.

Speaking about her exam experience, Fareedah said that after answering 100 questions, she came out victorious as she appreciated her teachers for equipping her for the task.

While commenting on the performance of the student who took the SCAT exam, the centre’s executive director, Virginia Roach, said she was happy that the students’ love for their studies had come.

The headmistress of the Fareedah school, Magdelene Okrikri, was pleased with the young girl’s performance, saying she was very happy with it.

She said:

“Fareedah’s success is a testament to the fact that our Thinking School program rewards our students, helps them develop mentally and strengthen their cognitive abilities. “

It should be noted that the John Hopkins program is an initiative to nurture young people. Those who have passed the exam should take a summer program in America or Hong Kong.
