Julia Steyn, head of General Motors' car sharing service, will leave the company, Automotive News magazine said on Monday.
GM did not immediately confirm or comment on the news. According to Automotive News, Steyn, a vice president of GM, is finalizing its separation terms.
The executive arrived at GM in 2012 after stays at Goldman Sachs and Alcoa. She then moved to Maven, which was founded in 2016 as a separate division of GM, specializing in urban transportation and carpooling.

In 2018, Maven unveiled a service that allowed GM vehicle owners and leaseholders to offer their cars for short-term rentals.
GM has undertaken a modest reorganization of management. Cadillac division chief Johan De Nysschen resigned last year. Also in late 2018, former president, Dan Ammann, became CEO of GM's Cruise Autoship division. Vice President and Product Manager Mark Reuss then badumed the role of President.
The CEO, Mary Barra, is positioning GM for a future in which autonomous and electric vehicles will become a larger business and where customers may no longer fall into the traditional ownership model.
