We want to make it clear: the CLAAG headed by the kwaku Duah-Tawiah is not and can never be the spokesperson for all the private operators and lottery agents in the country. The Chamber does not recognize CLAAG and Kwaku Duah-Tawiah, and we urge the general public to completely ignore his reckless words.
The National Chamber of Licensed Lottery Operators and Operators in Ghana has accepted the licensing fee of one million Ghanaian cedis and, in fact, we were the first group in Ghana to pay the National Lottery Authority such a right. license. requirements for registration, validation and licensing.
We believe that such a commendable initiative would help to:
1. Create legitimate lottery businesses.
2. Develop the operations of the lottery industry.
3. Ensure equity and standardization in lottery operations.
4. Bring mental health to the lottery industry.
5. Generate substantial revenue for the government.
6. Create a lot of jobs for young people.
We would like to urge the NLA and the government to bring about the arrest and prosecution of illegal operators and lottery agents who refuse to take advantage of the opportunity offered by the NLA in order to deter all unlawful operators and lotto agents. We are here to help any government succeed and we will never be an obstacle for any government.
CLAAG is not badociated with GNCLBBLOA. We have no affiliation with Kwaku Duah-Tawiah and CLAAG. And the Chamber would like to know that CLAAG and Kwaku Duah-Tawiah have no mandate to speak on behalf of private lottery operators and lottery agents in Ghana.
We are on the right track and are waiting patiently for our license from the NLA. The Chamber fully supports Ghana 's one million Cedis license fee for private lotto operators wishing to operate nationwide.
