The government is in talks with investors around the world to develop the city of Dagbon and its environs in the northern region, said the special adviser to the president of the Ashanti region of the new Patriotic Party (NPP) in power, Mr. Andy Owusu.
"What I do know is that the NPP government led by President Akufo-Addo
put pressure on investors from international communities to develop this place, "he told reporters in Kumasi.
According to Bernard Antwi Bosiako's spokesman, Dagbon has not experienced any development in the past 10 years due to leadership problems between two gates, which has led the government to secure the current peace in the region and to promote population development.
