Guardiola drops last clue to Man City's future

Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has let out his allusion to the fact that he will be heading Etihad next season.

The former boss of Barcelona and his predecessor to make a surprise move to Juventus, having recently guided City back to back Premier League titles.

The 48-year-old Spaniard, however, said he is looking forward to competing again with Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool, and other prestigious teams in England next season.

He told the Catalan newspaper sport: "Klopp? We have a good rivalry, but not only with Liverpool. There are five very strong teams and that's why the Premier League is such a tough competition.

Guardiola also commented on the future under pressure from Barca boss Ernesto Valverde, whose future is uncertain despite the La Liga's victory this season.
