This is something fishy, but the iPad 3G would have been hacked to make phone calls and send SMS – like a giant iPhone!

The hack is called PhoneItiPad and is created by iPhoneIslam, which was behind the FaceIt-3GS, a hack allowing FaceTime video calls on an iPhone 3GS. According to the legend of iPhoneIslam on the YouTube video:

With no special hardware, you only need one iPad 3G Jailbroken and your iPad 3G will do everything you expect from your iPhone … Phone calls, SMS, FaceTime by phone number … ETC
iPhoneIslam has not given a release date but indicates that PhoneItiPad will be available on the Cydia Store "very soon" and before WWDC.
Why do I think it's fishy? The video does not seem right. Why is the video lacking in focus, for example when you tap the phone's icon?
