Haftar greets the UN envoy in Libya biased

Khalifa Haftar told the French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche that UNSEC leader Ghbadan Salame had become a partial mediator in the Libyan conflict.

Haftar added that the partition of Libya corresponds to what "our enemies want and perhaps also to Salame", saying that Salame gave irresponsible statements about the crisis in Libya.

Haftar also denied any arms support from the United Arab Emirates or Egypt, despite the evidence presented by the UN expert groups regarding the export report and the statements of the leaders of the United Arab Emirates. Haftar repeatedly in video or television interviews.

He also criticized Qatar and Turkey and accused them of sending arms and ammunition to the Libyan armed forces under the command of the Presidential Council.

The Haftar attack in Tripoli has been ongoing since April 4, with more than 500 dead, more than 2,000 injured and more than 78,000 displaced, not to mention the mbadive destruction caused in the fighting areas.
