Harry Kane may be about to return from his injury a month earlier than expected – and may be available for the clash between Tottenham and Borussia Dortmund.
Striker Kane has not appeared since he damaged ankle ligaments during the Spurs' home defeat on Jan. 13 at Manchester United.
The doctors from the North London club had initially rejected Kane until March, but hope he'll be back for Mauricio Pochettino's men in February.
According to Sun, the 25-year-old is ready to make his comeback in the decisive Champions League match against Germany's Dortmund.
Kane, who has scored 20 times this season, will almost certainly be able to appear against Burnley on Feb. 23.
Kane went to America for warm-weather ankle rehabilitation and also took part in the Super Bowl, which took place in Atlanta on Sunday.
"It's okay," said the English star. "I left for a warm weather training and we intensify it, [we will] see next week how we are going, start shooting the bullets and just see how the ankle reacts.
"I have never put a time on my wounds. It's pretty much how you feel.
"The ankle feels good right now, so as long as the swelling remains and we can continue to progress, that would be great."
