LIVERPOOL is considering a shock for Callum Hudson-Odoi, according to reports in Germany.
Sport Bild thinks the Reds are closely monitoring Chelsea's progress and monitoring his situation in West London.
Hudson-Odoi's contract at Stamford Bridge expires at the end of next season and he refuses to sign an extension.
The 18-year-old forward filed a transfer request in January to try to force his transfer to Bayern Munich, but the Blues rejected a £ 35m bid to keep him at the club.
Jurgen Klopp could, however, sneakily attempt to sign Hudson-Odoi this summer.
Liverpool will be able to offer football in the Champions League – which Chelsea does not necessarily – and Klopp's record with young players could be another draw.
He has trusted Trent Alexander-Arnold as a right-hand first choice over the past 18 months. Adding Hudson-Odoi to compete with Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah would certainly enthrall fans of the Reds.
