About a month ago, Game of thrones Alean Sean Bean (Ned Stark) revealed that he had participated in a special meeting featuring cast and old cast members, led by Conan O'Brien, who had done this kind of thing before:
The special was shot in Belfast, where much of Game of thrones is done, towards the end of the season 8 shoot. "It was the last episode, so we all got together," Bean said. The Hollywood journalist. "It was good!" We do not know which former members of the cast will be involved, but Jason Momoa (Khal Drogo) and Mark Addy (Robert Baratheon) are good players, as they were in Belfast at about the same time as Bean.
Whatever the case may be, the special promise will be great. Imagine it: the full Game of thrones actors, some of whom grew up in the series, thinking about how it changed their lives just as the curtain falls. What a potentially cathartic experience for actors and fans.
I'm always looking forward to the special, but there is a new ride. Weekly entertainment at revealed that this special show will not be shown on HBO, on the network's YouTube page, or on Conan O'Brien's TBS show. Instead, it will be available exclusively on a Game of thrones The Seasons Series 1-8 Complete Series will be released in 2019, following the broadcast of the last six episodes.
It's not like I do not understand why HBO would do that. They want people to buy the boxset, and trying them with exciting content is a good strategy. I was probably going to buy the boxset anyway, but it shut up. But not all fans will want to spend that kind of money, and it's too bad they can not see what might be special … special.
The last season of Game of thrones first in April of next year, so the boxset should be fine after sometime. What do you think? Should HBO make this special offer more accessible to people, or is it just a good deal?
