HBO is sending Game of thrones Treasure Hunting fans around the world will find six Iron Thrones scattered around the world. They call it The Quest for the Throne Campaign.
The first throne was hidden in a wood and the second in an icy tundra. Both were found and two fans arrived yesterday on the snowy throne:
For their trouble, successful quests receive a crown! If it's not encouraging enough to find these things, I do not know what it is.
Now, HBO has unveiled not one, but TWO new thrones. The first, the "throne of joy," is situated on a hill, with a ruined palace in the distance. As always, HBO has posted three videos of the throne, a catch at dawn …

… and one at dusk:
Now, I do not think HBO is doing enough with this throne because I know exactly where it is. It is near the Castillo de Zafra in Guadalajara, Spain, where the show filmed the fight at the Tower of Joy:
So, if you live in the area, go sit down and claim your throne.
The next is a little more complicated. The "throne of Valyria" is located in a rocky and sandy place. Again, we have a dawn camera …

Does anyone recognize this place? It sounds a little bit like where Daenerys delivered his speech to the Dothraki from Drogon at the top of Season 6, but I'm not sure where. Somewhere else in Spain is a good bet.
