  • Priscilla Blessing Bentum, 21, missing August 17, 2018 in Kansaworodo, municipality of Effia-Kwesimintsim.
  • Ruth Love Quayson, 18, missing December 4, 2018 in Butumagyebu Junction, better known as BU-Junction in the twin city of Sekondi / Takoradi.
  • The third is Priscilla Koranchie, age 15, missing on December 21, 2018 in Nkroful.

Since then, police have arrested and detained Samuel Udoetuk-Wills, a Nigerian suspected of taking part in the kidnapping of these girls. Previously, he had escaped from police custody in difficult circumstances, but had been retaken and was sleeping in an abandoned building.

He appeared in court twice.

However, since her arrest, families have said that police have made very little progress in the search for girls, while a police search around Udoetuk-Wills stash, reported the clothes of one of the girls.
