A High Court judge who supports investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has received a bribe from 745 BMW, according to Kennedy Agyapong, a non-conformist politician and deputy from Assin Central.

He explained that the said judge, along with Anas Aremeyaw, an experienced investigative journalist, had helped to discredit his fellow judges who had received goats, yams and other small gifts, but had been sent home after investigation by the Judicial Council.
"There is this judge who supports Anas for dishonouring his colleagues for taking sheep. He took a bribe from 745 BMW 7 to an auctioneer. What is the cost of the vehicle compared to the sheep and goats that others took and were sent home? The auctioneer has called me today not to mention his name but I can not promise him that, "he said.
Mr. Kennedy Agyapong promised to submit evidence to Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo, wondering if said judge would have the guts to use the vehicle after making noise by promising to sue him.
According to him, some of the judges who were with Anas began to regret their actions and wished that they never do some of the things that led to the dismissal of their active-duty colleagues.
