Holly Willoughby revealed how Elton John had realized her dreams – by dedicating a song to her, her husband Dan Baldwin.

She and her television producer Bae were watching Elton's Goodbye Yellow Brick Road tour in Tuscany, Italy, when the music legend called her name.

The beauty of This Morning had been asking fans to find the pictures and that's exactly what they did.
