It may be that Myra McQueen and Sally St Claire are heartbroken by McQueen's double marriage with Hollyoak.
It begins as a typical McQueen affair, as Myra walks the village in a pumpkin-shaped carriage to show off her flamboyant wedding dress.
But her joy turns into a horror when she spots Stevie Scaramouch, the man she secretly kissed behind Sally's back, in The Dog. And things get worse when she learns that Sally has given her the job of DJ at her wedding reception.
Horrified, Myra takes refuge in the bathroom and locks herself in the toilet, fearing that her happy day is about to be spoiled. Scott and Nana convince her to keep the kiss for her and continue her marriage, because what Sally does not know, can not hurt her.
Only, it turns out that she knows because she is sitting in the booth next to Myra and hears all the conversation!
Now that Sally knows the truth, will she change her mind to marry Myra and leave her on their big day? Or is Myra cold and who will cancel everything?
Nicole Barber Lane, who plays Myra, thinks that Sally might forgive her fiancee, but thinks it's Myra who might not participate in the wedding.
She said, "In Myra's eyes, she thinks Sally can forgive him. She prefers not to take that risk, but Sally has forgiven her for all kinds of things in the past, so I do not see why it should be so different.
"Myra has doubts about Sally's marriage because she would obviously marry a woman, which is very important for Myra.
"It says everything about who she is and how she sees herself. So I think that realizing that she is marrying a woman, even if she wishes for the rest of her life, is just asking her a lot of questions.
Myra is not the only McQueen to tackle while Mercedes and Sylver are about to go down themselves.
While Mercedes is sitting with Liam in The Loft, he threatens her for her Scrabble game, telling her that if she does not respect her rules, he will go to the police for Sylver to attack her.
Liam clearly explains that he wants Mercedes for himself because she loves danger and that her future husband is too boring.
Will Mercedes be convinced to leave Sylver at the altar and start a new wild life with Liam? Or is Liam planning to move on what he wants?
Jennifer Metcalfe, who plays Mercedes, added: "Myra's version and the Mercedes version are like chalk and cheese.
"There are tears, there are tantrums, there is a drama, and there is a happy ending for one of the couples … and one less happy for the other.
"I just think it's really beautiful, our director Sean Glynn did an amazing job and he looks perfect."
