The National Football League's project is one of the most important sports events on television, with scores beating the NBA playoff games. The 2019 NFL Draft is underway in Nashville, Tenn., And top rookies Kyler Murray, Nick Bosa and Quinnen Williams have already been selected.
The annual project is the one where professional teams fill their roster with new talent, selecting the best players from around the world, focusing on recruits from American universities. In 2018, out of more than 16,000 collegiate college players eligible for the repechage, less than 2% have actually joined the NFL.

There are considerable pay gaps when comparing recruits from the first to the seventh rounds. Even the players chosen in the first round can face large salary disparities of the order of several million dollars.
