Sign up for an account

Select your delivery address
For your convenience, FreshDirect first asks you for your postal code. If the company delivers to your area, you will be prompted to enter your exact address, which will also allow you to select your preferred delivery time.
Select a time slot
Once FreshDirect knows where it is delivered, it will ask you when it is supposed to be delivered. The time slots last two hours and are available throughout the day. In New York, for example, you can request delivery any time between 6 am and 11:30 pm

Do your shopping
Your FreshDirect will be delivered directly to you. The company notes that she will always try to deliver directly to the customer whenever possible.
