Magic Rock Brewing opened in 2011 and now employs 45 people
A craft brewery in Huddersfield was purchased by the Australian beer giant Lion.
Magic Rock Brewing, based in Willow Street, was purchased by Lion, owner of the XXXX and Toohey brands, for an undisclosed price.
The brewery opened in 2011 and now employs 45 people.
Announcing the deal, Magic Rock said it would allow the brewery to "present the Magic Rock beers to a much wider audience".
