Chris Hughes, of Love Island, posted a playful video on Instagram while his younger brother, Ben, went to the hospital for an orchiectomy to collect his testis.
At the end of last year, Chris bravely pbaded a testicle cancer test live on ITV, This Morning.
The next day, Ben checked himself and discovered with horror a "walnut" fat on one of his testicles.
Ben also had a scan to determine if the cancer had spread to another part of his body.
Prior to the operation, Ben had tried to freeze sperm for later use, but the process would not have succeeded.
Chris said about the news of his brother's bomb: "I did not imagine it would have been affected by my brother when I entered.
"You do not know who this is going to affect … so it was Ben who is crazy but I told you earlier … it's really remarkable."
Ben said he had made the decision to check his own testicles after seeing his brother Chris on TV: "I never checked myself before.
"Chris was so brave, I went home that night and thought I would check."
the bump went to the doctor.
The doctor told him that it could be a cyst, but sent him for an ultrasound to make sure and, when the results of this examination were available, Ben was sent to a specialized hospital.
This morning, Ben told Holly and Phil, "This is a small hurdle we must overcome at the end of the day.
"For me, it's not a huge thing, there are more things that could change your life and that might be bothering her.That's why I stay positive.
"I've always been positive, I'm the first to get rid of the mick, but people say I'm joking too much about it, but that's what I am: facilitating situation management . "
