Tesco is one of many supermarkets offering its customers a loyalty program.
Through their Club Card system, customers earn points by spending money in store and at gas stations, which they can then use against the price of another store.
Once a person has collected more than 150 points, the supermarket sends them in the form of vouchers.
However, it is very easy for these vouchers to be lost in the mail or lost at home. It is possible that you have hundreds of points waiting for use that you would have completely forgotten.
Fortunately, it is very simple to recover these points, as revealed by the Money Saving Expert team.
Customers can earn points from the past two years, or even more back, by logging into their Tesco Clubcard account online.
You must then look in the "good" section on the left side and look for the unspent coupons.
Anyone available to you can be printed for in-store use or you can use the codes when you shop online.
According to Money Saving Expert, approximately £ 33,502 of lost Tesco coupons have recently been discovered.
Many buyers were delighted to learn that they could recover their coupons after consulting their website.
One person said, "WOW – I have 413 £ of unspent coupons! Ridiculously excited."
Another announcement: "We found that we had nearly £ 150 of unclaimed Tesco coupons! We have already doubled the value of online coupons, which is incredibly useful for Christmas."

A third added: "Thanks for the advice on verifying unused coupons – you've just found over £ 50 unused – you do not know how it happened, but I'm happy to spend it now. "
Clubcard vouchers are valid for two years, but Money Saving Expert states that customers may possibly extend this period.
They say that all you have to do is make a small purchase on the ClubCard Boost voucher exchange site and the remaining balance will be credited to your account.
For example, if you spend 50 ppi on a good £ 10 purchase, you will get £ 9.50 vouchers on your account.
