Hundreds of injured clients of Menzgold Ghana Limited on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, picketed outside the office of the Bureau of Economic and Organized Crime (EOCO).
According to the customers, EOCO was not able to specify the state of the properties entered.
In early 2019, EOCO obtained a court order to freeze the properties of Menzgold Ghana Limited, as well as seven other badociated companies.

The companies are the Menzgold office complex, Zylofon art complex, Brew Marketing Consult, Star Madrid football club, Zylofon Music and Media, Brew Energy Company Limited and G-Tech automotive service.

Godfred Ankomah, a spokesman for the group, asked EOCO to appoint a liquidator to oversee the fair payment of their investments.
