Yvonne Nelson, an actress, model, film producer and award-winning business leader, is briefly away from cameras and projectors to conceive her baby, while keeping the public in suspense without confirmation of her pregnancy. The actress is back in the limelight and grants interviews.
In a conversation with Abeiku Santana about her show "Atuu" watched by ghlinks.com.gh, the actress said how much she loved her baby daddy Jamie Roberts, with whom she has a beautiful little girl, Ryn ( pronounced). "Rain"). For a year, rumors have been circulating since the beginning, with rumors of his daddy married and father of two.
When asked what kind of man Yvonne could marry, she replied, "I could marry my baby dad." She added that her dad had the intention of marrying her. She also confirmed that she was aware that her dad was the father of two children from a previous relationship, but she denied knowing he was married.
She explained why her baby dad had children before their daughter (Ryn), because she saw and still saw Jamie as an ideal partner and a responsible man. When asked why she had not publicly defended herself while she was accused of procreating with a married man, she replied that she did not see the interest to fuel the rumor or to pay attention. hence his silence on the matter.
In addition, Yvonne indicated that her decision to have Jamie as the father of her child was not a decision she made lightly. This position of hers is not surprising, considering that she barely had a relationship with her late father and that the little contact she had with him in terms of relationship was tense. When asked about his father, the actress said that she did not want to talk about her father.
Abeiku however managed to ask Yvonne if she attended the funeral of his father. To that, she answered "no", explaining that she was in the first trimester of her pregnancy and that she was suffering from morning sickness. She could not go to the funeral, despite the family conflicts during the funeral. In addition, she says that she has forgiven him for all wrongdoing and holds nothing against him. She then added that if it was necessary to pray for him, she would do it.
The award-winning actress and producer describes herself as a pbadionate woman, mother and patriot of Ghana. She seems to have taken her motherhood, she sees life well now that she is a mother and tries to set a good example for her daughter. She aspires to be a member of Parliament and perhaps to work for the United Nations in the near future. Yvonne is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at GIMPA. Premiering on Val's Day is his new movie "SIN CITY".
