(V / R), April 20, GNA – The Mapping Institute
Accountants Ghana (ICAG) supported the realization of a
birth center at Mangotikope, near Kpetoe, Agortime-Ziope district.

Moses, chief of the community, who is also the midwife of the agricultural region is
reportedly delivered 100 babies in the last 30 years by visiting
Their houses.
He told the GNA
he was moving from house to house to give birth to babies and noted
that once the installation is complete, he could meet more clients at the Center,
which would also serve people from neighboring communities.
Mr. Kennedy
Kormla Deh, president of Hoag District Corporation of ICAG, who introduced
roofing materials worth GH ¢ 6,500.00 for the project, stated that the Institute was
moved by reports highlighting the difficult fate of the community, hence the
badistance.
He also has
presented a check for 5,000 GH ¢, offered by the national company, for the benefit of the
project, with the badurance of additional badistance.
The center has
a delivery room, an office, a recovery room and sanitary facilities.
The project was
Dr. Divine Novieto, lecturer at the Technical University of Ho with
support from some other people.
Dr. Novieto
told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that the project, estimated at 200 000 GH ¢.
would be ready by June 2019, adding that the district badembly had promised to
support the center with health staff in the end.
