The charismatic journalist, however, let it be known that she was perhaps renouncing her benevolence.

It comes after it emerged that a young man the reporter helped find a job ultimately dishonored her by robbing her boss.

In a Facebook post from Nana Aba Anamoah, she shared a screenshot of a conversation between her and the disappointed boss who bitterly complained about the anonymous gentleman’s behavior.

According to the boss, he employed the young people on the recommendation of Nana Aba when there was no vacant position. He further revealed that the young man earned 4,500 GHC after-tax from his work, but stole a colossal sum of around 100,000 GHC from him with the connivance of two other people.

“The gentleman you made me recruit on your Twitter dm stole from me.” He teamed up with two of his colleagues and stole almost $ 100,000 from my business. Despite the lack of vacancies, I recruited this guy because you seemed moved by his situation on the phone. For someone making 4,500 net, I expected them to focus on making you and their mom proud. This is unacceptable. I love you, but he and his colleagues were arrested this morning, ”the business owner told Nana Aba in their conversation.

Expressing her disappointment on hearing the news, Nana Aba wrote in her Facebook post: “I am so ashamed. It’s unfair to me. I do not deserve this. I’m so done!

Over the years, the reporter has gotten help for many people who have contacted her through social media.

This includes some people who shared with her their predicament and their need for a job as a means of survival.

There are several testimonials from people who have received help or found a job through the Nana Aba network.

Some people who reacted to Nana Aba’s post urged the journalist not to give up while others also pointed out that the man’s behavior may jeopardize the possibility for other people to receive her help.

“I don’t know you, but your (your) good heart shouldn’t end there with what you (you) have done for people. This is just one of many, there are others who made u (you) and (and) their mom proud, they didn’t dishonor you. Keep doing what you do best Nana, God above is still watching him, we humans got it wrong on several different cases but God didn’t say “He’s done with us”, I know that you suffer but let it go. There are still people who are real people who are always looking for help, ”commented Isaac Nyamaa Boadi in his post.

“You will certainly be ashamed of yourself. After helping such a person and instead dishonoring you, any human being who has a conscience will be ashamed. It has blocked the chances of others which are really good, ”also wrote Edna Yaa Akomaa.
