Real estate developer Josh reportedly paid £ 450,000 for the house, according to Sun, which is located in a quiet residential complex.

The former 29-year-old Geordie Shore star and 25-year-old Love Islander Josh have left behind her mbadive Sunderland mansion worth £ 1 million – which she calls "her favorite haunt" in the world – to relax.

In one of the three bathrooms, the minimalist theme continues with a plush Italian shower, a white square washbasin and other white tiles.

The undecorated rooms have not yet received the Charlotte touch, but it is likely that she will want to recreate the interior decor that she has in her other home in Sunderland.

Charlotte, whose value is estimated at around £ 3.4 million, will no longer have an indoor pool to relax in, a walk-in closet, a magnificent spiral staircase or balcony, but rather for the Bolton House.
