(Reuters) – Ophir Energy Plc said the Indonesian oil and gas group Medco Energi International Tbk PT had more time to make a firm offer to the company or to withdraw.
Ophir, who had previously rejected Medco's proposed $ 437 million (332.22 million pounds) buyout bid, said Medco was now expected to make a firm offer on Jan. 31.
