It's been five years since Sergio Ramos' fatal header in the last moments of the Champions League final propelled Real Madrid to the rank of champion. At Real Champs, we wanted to know where we were and how we watched the game for the title that changed the history of the club.

After being led 1-0 in stoppage time, Real Madrid needed a miracle to defeat its rival, Atletico Madrid, in Lisbon, Portugal. After several good attempts at the end of the Atleti, Real earned a corner.

I was running almost on the verge of crying, completely empty, stunned by what had happened. The reaction of Diego Costa said everything and I could understand everything. What went on for the next 30 minutes was unreal, the way Angel "three-lunged" Di Maria ran in front of the defenders in overtime. Atletico had no answer to that. When Xabi Alonson ran after the goal of Basel, I felt that all the Madridists were of the same opinion. Marcelo's goal really showed that Atletico had given up, literally allowing Marcelo to go into the box and try his luck.

The night was magical, historic and it was the first time I saw Real Madrid win the Champions League. It's one of the best feelings in the world and I'm lucky to live it three years in a row.
